Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days after your order has been delivered. If 7 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All items that are on sale are non-refundable. This includes items with free shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not offer refunds if it is the wrong size. The only reason we will offer a refund is if the product arrives defective or broken. This is a very unlikely event that would happen.

To start a return, you can contact us at charity@kayu.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you find your product defective please contact us by mail: charity@kayu.com with photos of the defective product.

WHICH CIRCUMSTANCES WE OFFER RETURNS:

  • WRONG PRODUCT:

If you discover your order is flawed please contact us by mail at charity@kayu.com with photos of the wrong product.

  • EXCHANGE:

We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same product please contact us by mail: charity@kayu.com. We will process the free exchange.

  • CHANGE OF MIND:

Change of mind is not acceptable. No return or refund will process. Please Note: Color, Size, and Texture.

  • CANCEL THE ORDER:

We usually ship the orders immediately,

Therefore if you’d wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately will send a involve participation by the processing department but we will not guarantee that you will always return the order once you received the product.

** All refunds will be issued after receiving the returned product and inspecting it is going to take up to 4 days to reflect in your checking account. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
We do not currently offer refunds if your item was a gift.
